About
A technologist who grew into delivery leadership
Fifteen-plus years in enterprise technology, software delivery and project management — today working with large-scale retail technology platforms across India and Australia.
My career started hands-on, in engineering. Over time it grew into technical project and delivery leadership, where I work at the intersection of people, technology and business outcomes.
What I enjoy hasn't really changed: taking something complicated and tangled, and turning it into a clear plan, an aligned team, and delivery people can actually count on.
My role today is mostly leadership — but I make a conscious effort to stay technically hands-on. Good technology leadership comes from understanding both the engineering behind a solution and the people needed to deliver it.
